Reservation Policies

* Prepayment of the 25% of the total cost of the stay.
* If you make your reservation by selecting a payment method bank deposit, your reservation is still pending for 3 days. If not filed, then the reservation is canceled.

Cancellation Policy

* For cancelations that take place at least 21 days before the arrival date, you will not be charged with cancellation fees. For cancellations that take place later than the above, or for not showing up you are charged with the amount of the prepayment.

Charging policy

* Children and adults are charged with the 100% of the stay cost per night and per person when they use the existing bed.
* The placement of baby cots is free of charge.
* Pets are allowed.
